Our Cancellation Policy
All fees payable to VALOR SOLUTIONS, LLC are due before scheduling a mobile notary appointment, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and request to cancel your appointment for any reason after payment has been remitted there will be no refund issued.
If our notary is in transit, or arrives at the signing location and signing does not occur for any reason whatsoever there will be no refunds back to the cardholder.

Appointment Reschedule Fee
If our notary arrives at an appointment and the situation occurs in which your document cannot be notarized,
a $30 fee will be charged for us to come out again. Such instances can occur if:
- The named signee in the document does not have a valid ID present at the time of the appointment
- The document requires witness(es) and none are present or the client did not add them to their appointment booking
