What information do I need to share?
To complete your monthly financials efficiently, our bookkeeping team needs access to your business bank and credit card accounts. The majority of banks allow accountants to access bank accounts (read-only). We are able to keep our fees affordable and our efficiency high because of this access.
If I have questions, how long does it take to get a response?
Whenever our clients have important inquiries, we pride ourselves on being very responsive. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours if possible (excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, we will respond to let you know we have received your email and are addressing it as soon as possible.
Is Quickbooks Online required?
In order to handle bookkeeping at the price list above, you must use Quickbooks Online. All versions - Essentials, Plus, and Advanced - are acceptable. Neither Simple Start nor Quickbooks Self Employed are compatible. You already have the advantage if you have a current subscription. You don't need to purchase another subscription. We will walk you through setting up a subscription if you do not yet have one. A 12-month discount of 50% is available to all new clients. You will not find a better discount than this with Quickbooks Online. The best way to get started is to sign up for Essentials or Plus.
How do I request additional services?
